As a residential real estate lawyer for the past fifteen years. Brad Sinclair has overseen the completion of more than seventeen thousand real estate transactions. An active member of the Canadian Bar Association, Brad has twice chaired committees on the development of better practice guidelines for real estate lawyers in Alberta. Brad has also been an instructor for the Law Society of Alberta's Bar Admission Course, and presented many lectures and articles on residential real estate law at SAIT.
