Bradley Sinclair
As a residential real estate lawyer for the past seventeen years. Brad Sinclair has overseen the completion of more than seventeen thousand real estate transactions. An active member of the Canadian Bar Association, Brad has twice chaired committees on the development of better practice guidelines for real estate lawyers in Alberta. Brad has also been an instructor for the Law Society of Alberta's Bar Admission Course, and presented many lectures and articles on residential real estate law at SAIT.

Charles graduated from the University of Toronto Law faculty in 1990, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1992 and the Alberta bar in 1998. Charles main areas of practice are Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Family Law/Divorce, Wills and Estates planning, Small Business incorporations, minute books and the purchase and sale of commercial business.

The following prices are all inclusive for a standard real estate transaction as outlined in the first table below.
The all inclusive fee includes the cost of tax and title searches, couriers, faxes and copying. GST is included in
the prices. Additional fees and disbursements will be charged in the event of special circumstances or for the
provision of extra services related to the real estate transaction, outlined in the second table below.
