Residential Real Estate Price List
The following prices are all inclusive for a standard real estate transaction as outlined in the first table below. The all inclusive fee includes the cost of tax and title searches, couriers, faxes and copying. GST is included in the prices. Additional fees and disbursements will be charged in the event of special circumstances or for the provision of extra services related to the real estate transaction, outlined in the second table below.

| Mortgage (ie: to obtain a 2nd mortgage, secured line of credit, etc.) |

| Mortgage / Refinancing (ie: refinancing existing debt or to pay out existing mortgages, loans, credit cards, etc.) |

| Title Transfer without mortgage assumption | $550.00 plus LTO fees* |
* Land Titles Office (LTO) fees;
The Land Titles Office charges a service fee to register any documents on title.
Transfer of Land $35.00 plus $ 1.00 for every $5,000.00 of the value of the Land
Mortgage $15.00 plus $1.00 for every $5,000.00 of the value of the Mortgage
